Tiimo alternatives (including free ones)
Quick answer: Tiimo is a visual daily planner built for neurodivergent brains. Its free version is on iOS and Android only; the web planner and full features need Tiimo Pro. If you want something free, our visual day planner builds a colour-coded day in your browser with no account, Structured has a free-forever core app, and a free visual timer covers focus sessions. Details and a feature-by-feature swap below.
First: Tiimo is good
According to its FAQ (checked 18 October 2026), Tiimo is "a visual daily planner designed to support neurodivergent brains". It combines calendar planning, to-do lists, focus tools, gentle nudges and AI planning, and runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android, Mac and the web. It can import Apple, Google or Outlook calendars. If it works for you and the price is fine, keep it.
What's free and what's paid
- Free version: "a selection of planning tools", on the iOS and Android apps only.
- Web planner: a premium feature that needs an active trial or subscription.
- Tiimo Pro: all features across platforms, monthly or yearly. Tiimo says prices vary by location, so check yours at checkout.
- Trial: 7 days free, only when you choose the yearly plan; monthly is charged straight away.
When an alternative makes sense
- You want a visual plan on a laptop or work computer without paying for the web planner.
- You'd rather not create an account or sync your day to a service.
- You only need a quick visual plan for today (or a printable one), not a whole planning system.
- You tried Tiimo and the app itself became one more thing to manage.

Tiimo-style plan in any AI chat

Act as my visual day planner. I start at [TIME] and finish by [TIME]. Fixed things: [LIST]. Other tasks: [LIST]. Make a timeline of blocks, one per line, as "start–end emoji task". Add 5 minutes of switch time between blocks, keep blocks 20 to 90 minutes, and leave an hour of slack. Then tell me what's "now" and "next" whenever I message you with the time.
FAQ
Is Tiimo free?
Partly. Tiimo's FAQ (checked 18 October 2026) says there's a free version with a selection of planning tools on the iOS and Android apps, and that the web app is a premium feature. Tiimo Pro unlocks all features across platforms, billed monthly or yearly; prices vary by location and the 7-day free trial is only on the yearly plan.
What is a free alternative to Tiimo?
For a free visual day plan with no account, use our visual day planner in any browser: colour blocks on a timeline, switch time, now and next, print, and calendar export with 5-minute alerts. If you want a full app, Structured's core planner is free forever with an optional Pro. Pair either with a free visual timer for Tiimo-style focus sessions.
Is there a Tiimo alternative for Android?
Tiimo itself is on Android. Structured is too, though its help centre says the Android version is still adding features from iOS. Our visual day planner runs in Chrome or any Android browser with nothing to install.
Tiimo vs Structured: which is better for ADHD?
Tiimo is built specifically for neurodivergent brains and combines calendar planning, to-do lists, focus tools, gentle nudges and AI planning. Structured is a general visual timeline planner with a free-forever core and an optional Pro for calendar import and Structured AI. Try the free versions of both for a week each; the one you actually open every morning is the better one.
Is there an open-source Tiimo alternative?
We haven't tested open-source visual planners, so we don't recommend one here. Our visual day planner is free and runs in your browser with no account, but it isn't open source.
