Meeting notes → actions
Quick answer: paste rough meeting notes or a transcript, optionally add your name, and get a first-cut action list plus a ready AI prompt to polish owners, deadlines and a short follow-up email. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
First-cut action list
Polish with AI
The list above is a quick browser pass. Copy this prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to refine owners, deadlines and tone.
How it works
- It scans each line for action-ish wording: will, need to, action, TODO, follow up, send, book, draft, reply, decide, by Friday, and similar.
- If a line starts with Name:, that name is treated as the likely owner.
- "My" actions are lines that mention your name, or use I will / I'll / me: / my action.
- This is a first cut, not research-backed accuracy. Use the AI prompt to tidy confidential fluff and fill gaps.
Privacy: notes stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Still strip anything confidential before you paste into an AI tool, and follow your workplace rules.
